Exogenous cholesterol - this means eating food that has cholesterol in it such as eating fatty foods,
especially animal fats.
Endogenous cholesterol - This type of cholesterol is made in the liver.
Oxidized Cholesterol - This type of cholesterol damages blood vessels rapidly in animals and may result in fast death.
Where does oxidized cholesterol come from?
Oxidized cholesterol comes from outside the body and also inside the body.
Oxidized cholesterol outside the body - Oxidized cholesterol that come from outside the body comes from certain type of foods eaten by an individual, such as: dried eggs, dried milks, cake mixes, candies, sweet snacks containing eggs or milk products and any food kind that combined of eggs, milk and sugar.
Oxidized cholesterol inside the body - Cholesterol oxidized inside the body, why? Simple because of insufficient antioxidant in the body, the action of “free radicals” in the body on polyunsaturated fats, too much iron and other minerals in the body.
What does Antioxidant?
Antioxidant is something that counteracts an oxidant. But for learning purposes let us take this word apart and get to the meet of the matter. Ok first the prefix “anti” means act against, counteract, prevent or stop. The word “oxidant” means something that oxidizes. To oxidize means to react or combined with oxygen.
Antioxidant means to stop or prevent oxidation.
When oxidation occurs in the body, small particles are produced that are called free radicals.
What are free radicals?
These are incomplete atoms or molecules that fly around in the body whenever an explosion occurs in the body. They are like parasites, since they look for whole particle to attach themselves to feel whole or complete again. They caused deterioration of tissues and cells in the body when they attached to them. Free radicals can cause a perpetuate deterioration of cells and tissues in the body, because they steal from a complete cell or tissue to make themselves complete and those cells or tissues interns do the same thing to make themselves complete again also, since they were once made incomplete as a result of free radicals.
So how do we prevent or stop this from happing?
This can be prevented by a sufficient amount of antioxidant in the body, since antioxidant counteract, stop or neutralizes oxidation and prevent free radicals in the body.
Free radicals are primarily produced through metabolism. On the other hand addition sources of free radicals are polluted environment, smoking, home cleaning agent and personal care product are common sources of free radicals.
A diet or meal with small amount of fruit, gains, nuts and vegetables will not produce the adequate amount of antioxidant the body needed to prevent oxidation from occurring in the body. To prevent, stop are reduce oxidation and free radical from occur in the body, one must reduce or remove food form their diet, such as: sugary food, meats/fish, fast food and fatty food, since these types of food don’t contain antioxidant in any beneficial amount in which the body needed it. Also one needs to keep their environment clean and get rid of certain home cleaning products. Get Ministry Of Healing and stay healthy for ever!

1. Carotenoids (such as beta carotene)
2. Vitamin D
3. Selenium
4. Glutathione
5. Vitamin C
What about excess iron in the body?
First we need to know that iron is very important to the body, because it helps in the formation of red blood cells which is responsible for the transportation of oxygen from the lungs to places in the body that of a low concentration or oxygen. Insufficient amount of iron in the body may lead to serious health issues such as: headaches, anaemia and other iron deficiency diseases in the body, also too much iron in the body may lead to serious health issues such as: heart disease and cancer by producing free radicals and feeding cancer cells. Free radicals promote cancer development and it is also the cause of heart disease, because it messes with the cholesterol in the blood, then there become a blockage of arteries, then improper flow of blood and then cardiac arrest.
Some researches shows men should take 8 to 10 milligrams of iron per day for optimal health. It is recommended that both women and men should get their iron from natural food and not from supplementation. This is because when we get out iron from food sources we are getting the best.
Rich sources of iron are - brown rice, green peas, potato, sunflower seeds, oat meal, dried fruit and whole wheat cereals. Of course these are only a few sources form which we can get iron from.
It is best practice for everyone to stick to a plant based diet, since such diet help to maintain health, proper rest, exercise, the use of natural remedies, temperance, sunlight, fresh air, the use of water, and trust in God are the true remedies for everyone to obtain optimal health.
