Ingredients:
(crust)
2 containers of raw, unsalted pecans
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1/4 container of soft dates, pitted
1 teaspoon of vanilla concentrate
(Filling)
6 little apples, peeled and cored
1/2 glass of pitted dates
2 teaspoons of coconut oil
2 teaspoons of vanilla concentrate
2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
2 teaspoons of ground flaxseed powder
(Topping)
2 medium sized green pieces of apples
Instructions:
For the outside layer, mix the pecans and salt in the nourishment processor until coarse (thick not fine).
Beat in coconut oil, dates and vanilla concentrate until consolidated.
Press the outside mixture around the sides and lower part of a parchment lined 9 inch tart dish.
Place the outside in the cooler until required.
For the filling, puree two of the apples, dates, coconut oil, vanilla concentrate, and cinnamon in the food or fruits processor.
Remove and place the puree into a differentiate dish.
Slice and dice the remaining four apples and fold them into the puree.
Remove the outside layer from the cooler and spread the filling equally all around.
For the garnish, cut the external layer from every apples. (Practically like peeling, but make sure to leave enough flesh connected so the skin does not twist).
Create numerical images from the apple skins. I am running with an enormous Pi sign and the signs for subtraction, addition, division and multiplication. You can make larger amount of math signs from calculus math, algebra, and so on assuming that you wish.
